SPENCER SMITH

Spencer is a trial attorney who defends individuals in cases ranging from a simple traffic ticket to serious felony charges. Prior to joining the Loraine Law Center, Spencer gained substantial trial experience working as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. In that role, he handled a variety of cases including Felony DWIs, Sexual Assaults, Domestic Violence, and Homicides. He also served as the DWI prosecutor, which helped him develop expertise in intoxication-related traffic offenses and DOR licensing actions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, he served in the U.S. Navy where he was a member of a provincial reconstruction team in eastern Afghanistan. During his time in the Navy, he also became a qualified submariner on board the USS Alabama.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
